Responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsible for directing and coordinating all nursing care for patients based on established nursing practice standards. Collaborates with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Integrates knowledge of patient's age and cultural diversity into provision of patient care. Looking for relief/evening shift 2:15 pm-11 pm, with overnight flexibility as well. Position is 72 hours per 2 weeks and includes every other weekend and some holidays.
