Job DescriptionPOSITION SUMMARY:The Production Manager owns the daily operations of production departments and uses continuous improvement tools to improve performance and achieve targets. This person handles the Shop Floor Management structure of each department and leads using Mascos Talent Principles and Enterprise Leadership Profile. The position must have the ability to make critical decisions in an ever-changing manufacturing environment while having a bias for action. This roles focus is on the long-term business strategy in order to improve the performance of production operations. It is meaningful to stay current with significant changes to business strategy and production levels.
