Le Florida is a Gascon's historical Michelin restaurant. It first opened its doors in 1935. Still now in the same family, this auberge is run by head Chef Marc Abramovici and owned by Baptiste Ramouneda.
Florida - a spanish word meaning "Flower" - is focused on creating a narrative around the clean, bright flavour of this area of Southwestern France. It builds around its local produce driven cuisine with a focus on reflecting the changing seasons and the raw nature of Gascony.
