Cyber Network Systems Instructor Essential Role and Responsibilities To train an effective workforce for the Army Cyber Mission Forces (CMF), instructors must provide a learner-centric learning environment as per TRADOC Pam 525-8-2 paragraph 3-5 (dtd 20 January 2011). Instructors guide students as they learn course content. The instructors curate course material in a manner that encourages students to think creatively to solve complex problems which the students have never seen before. Instructors will refrain from using primarily static teaching methodologies that rely on presentation software.
