We are actively a seeking qualified candidate for the following Quality Analyst position: Monday - Friday, 10AM - 6PM EST This is a temporary position with an estimated duration of three (3) months with work performed onsite in our Canonsburg, PA location. Job Summary The Quality Analyst Temp will be an individual who can learn quickly and use proprietary software to accurately check transcripts by identifying and marking errors against a key. Shift: Tuesday - Saturday 4:00pm EST to 12:00am (midnight) EST Summary: Our Schedulers play a vital role in VITAC s real-time captioning department. Masters at multi-tasking, our Schedulers assign and redirect programming for over 525,000 hours of programming per year; providing the on-air continuity VITAC is known to deliver. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: The scope of work may include but is not limited to the following: Assign programming in most effective and efficient means possible. Follow-through of schedule until work is completed. Stay abreast of upcoming work. Familiarity with client-specific information and procedures. Coordinate schedule with Client Services and Operations Supervisors. Conduct time sheet verification of in-house and remote employees.
