New contemporary restaurant opening in central San Francisco inspired by Japanese and Latin flavours.
Short and flavourful, the entire menu will change every season. There will be tasting menu and A-la cart options. Each season there will be between 12-16 total options for guests. Each dish will be curated to be memorable. We are also need mixologists to create the perfect cocktail list and Sommeliers for wine pairing.
Cozy, but spacious. Living room feel. Dim lighting. Statement furniture pieces and artwork. Low-key music allowing for easy conversation. The kitchen is spacious with state of the art and modern appliances and equipment.
