This position is for an elite subject matter expert with proven capability in the cyber offense and defense of control systems, in particular DoD weapon systems. The selected candidate will lead the assessment of vulnerabilities in control devices, including embedded sensors, on-board mission systems, real-time operating systems, and nodal pathways. Off board system assessments will include supply chain analysis, mission planning systems, data loaders and diagnostics, datalinks and communication devices, and RF aperture attack surfaces. The selectee will be considered a member of the Smartronix Defense Solutions leadership team, routinely providing counsel and advice to the Executive Vice President, Operations Lead and Technical Director. Access to the Smartronix ownership/partner level will be considered unimpeded and regular as driven by the mission. Growth of the position will include pursuit of new contracts and customers, leveraging emergent technologies and recruitment of talent to fulfill evolutionary capabilities in the cyber domain.. Related account management responsibilities will require contributions to the company's strategy, vision, and success. Understanding of tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs) available to operators/warfighters when considering mitigations. Exposure to the warfighting environment and its relevant cyber components.
