Job Description We are seeking an LMS Administrator who will be responsible for supporting training initiatives launched via the Learning Management System (LMS). The Administrator provides guidance and support with managing training content, events, courses, curricula, assignments, and other related activities in the LMS. Skills Required: Required Minimum Education: University/Bachelor 's Degree or Equivalent Required Years of Related Experience: 3-5 years of related experience Results oriented and ability to motivate the team to high levels of performance Positive-minded, collaborative interpersonal skills and leadership qualities necessary to build a cohesive, and focused team Ability to provide clear direction quickly and on-demand Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple projects, and daily planned and unplanned operational activities Strong written and verbal communication abilities; formal presentation and facilitation skills Can be trusted to maintain confidential information Experience partnering internally and externally to address people-related challenges Understand short-term and long-term implications of decisions and actions Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and organization Deliver strong customer service attitude, work with different stakeholders and personalities and prioritize/balance daily activities with urgent requests Support and administer Learning Management Systems (Summit/Cornerstone) Create, manage and enforce new LMS system standards, policies, and procedures Set-up instructor-led learning and online courses Reset passwords Assign training curriculum Enter transcript information Craft and maintain email notifications Maintain data integrity rules and processes for the LMS such as course codes, descriptions, etc. Timely/accurate completion of tasks Support and administer Live Virtual Training (Adobe Connect) Load new NA regional content to and remove expired content from shared content folder to drive compliance in training Partner with global administrators when necessary Training Provide an introduction of the LMS to users in NA Address technical support issues Evaluate new LMS functionality and features in LMS including testing and providing training to all users Administration Administer user access and configure system settings such as learner domains, role, notifications and business rules in support of defined business processes Maintain course catalogs, calendars, rosters and schedules within defined conventions Work to troubleshoot LMS issues and escalate to the vendor when necessary Maintain updated information to all applicable internal and external users & stakeholders Maintain a list of current users, add new users when hired and remove users when separated from the company Timely/accurate completion of tasks Auditing/analysis/testing Audit compliance training, monitor and edit data Use LMS reporting features to perform analysis and communicate information Participate in LMS software validation activities Timely/accurate completion of tasks NA Content Management Support Manage assets in regional content catalog, audit content expirations for compliance, and document changes to curriculum accurately and timely Asset Creation and Approval Modify basic assets with SME direction such as leader guides and powerpoints Storyline editing capabilities preferred for more complex modifications Submit new content created as well as asset modifications to copy approval Timely/accurate completion of tasks Document Processes Create standards for processes for LMS administrator role and drive compliance across NA Commercial Education Ad hoc projects Perform additional responsibilities related to the new position Support Commercial Education Department and other business units when necessary with TBD activities Company Description ATS is an information technologies consulting company providing services to Fortune 500 companies nationwide.
