TrueBlue, the people company, is looking for a Learning Experience Designer for our Downtown Tacoma corporate headquarters The Learning Experience Designer will design, develop training across the enterprise around leadership development, talent management, employee engagement/new employee on-boarding, performance management and change management. The goal of this role is to help managers develop universal leadership skills. Key Responsibilities Design, develop and deliver both in person and virtual training modules. Design and develop visually appealing infographics and course materials. Partner with HR Business Partners and stakeholders to make sure training is aligned with current process/procedures Organizes all training materials and supplies for classroom based training programs Coordinates training rooms including regular maintenance, cleaning and scheduling. Supports internal customers and management team by ensuring accurate employee training records. Produces and distributes regular and ad-hoc training performance reports to senior leaders at all TrueBlue brands. Update intranet and internal sites to ensure accurate information Personal and Professional Attributes Demonstrated skill in eLearning development applications (for example: Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, Animate/After Effects, Photoshop/Illustrator) Experience in video and audio editing Use of graphic design applications to develop visually appealing and engaging experiences Strong presentation and facilitator skills. Ability to work with employees and managers at all levels. Demonstrated experience developing and delivering training curriculum preferred. Customer service and problem solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities within agreed upon deadlines. Experience with a Learning Management System desired. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software programs and Internet usage. Experience designing training modules and implementation Educational & Professional Credentials BA/BS degree in information systems, computer science, or related field Bachelor degree in Communication, Psychology, Management, Human Resources or other relevant discipline Three to five years training experience to include Leadership Training Three to five years' experience designing, developing and delivering training modules Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to learn and work with new programs.
