Summary: The eCommerce Associate, DTC Marketing will be responsible for supporting the deliverables and execution of full-funnel DTC channels, across paid and owned channels - including website content, email, SMS, and loyalty/rewards.

This will require you to collaborate cross-functionally with DTC team disciplines (DTC Brand Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience), in addition to other internal & external stakeholders, which include Brand Managers, Marketing Services, Measurement/Analytics, and Agency Partners.

Previous Experience: i.e. what were looking for

1-3 years of experience in eCommerce, either brand side (digitally native brands or established and mature omni-channel businesses), or at a digital marketing agency Familiarity and experience working with CRM and owned-channel brand marketing. Shopify Plus, Klaviyo, and/or Yotpo a big plus. Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products, particularly Excel Understanding of common ecom site and channel performance metrics

Responsibilities: i.e. whats the job to be done...

Support and execute on Retention-focused strategies, while partnering with the DTC Brand Marketing team, to ensure that all assets are properly implemented & delivered across email, SMS, referral, and loyalty, and subscription Review ongoing, day-to-day content deliverability and performance across owned channel platforms, including email and SMS, to ensure accuracy and consistency Create routine reporting deliverables that encompass both Acquisition & Retention-oriented KPIs, that empower cross-functional partners to understand DTC business performance, and provides insights & opportunities Create routine reporting deliverables that encompass both Acquisition & Retention-oriented KPIs, that empower cross-functional partners to understand DTC business performance, and provides insights & opportunities Recommend design changes for email, SMS, Loyalty/Referral campaign content Execute on Retention-focused strategies, while partnering with the DTC Brand Marketing team, to ensure that all assets are properly implemented & delivered across email, SMS, referral, and loyalty, and subscription Review ongoing, day-to-day content deliverability and performance across owned channel platforms, including email and SMS, to ensure accuracy and consistency. Resolve performance and accuracy issues. Work cross functionally with the Creative and Brand Management teams to source/approve assets and get broader qualitative consumer feedback from Community Managers and CX Agents. Interpret and report on qualitative and quantitative insights, encompassing both Acquisition & Retention-oriented KPIs, that empower cross-functional partners to understand DTC business performance, and provides insights & opportunities Develop templates to standardize reporting needs This role reports directly to the Retention Manager, with dotted-line support from the Media Manager.
