Overview The world's largest gaming technology company, IGT, has an excellent opportunity for a project management marketing professional looking to deliver world-class work that drives sales in a highly competitive industry segment. This position is a key contributor on our award-winning Marketing & Communications team, which oversees major gaming product launches, including large integrated omni-channel launches. Position Objective Includes: The Senior Project Manager will work directly with Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and our Creative Services groups to support the development of compelling go-to-market strategies around IGT's award winning products. This position is the 'right hand' of the Sr Director, and is responsible for assisting in all day-to-day operations for the department. Most often, this will be exhibited by deep project management responsibility, tracking all projects on the wider NA Product and Field Marketing team to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget. This air traffic controller position will help support, coordinate, implement, and track initiatives from the simple to the complex keeping key stakeholders informed along the way. Responsibilities - Tracking multi-channel marketing campaigns from initiation to completion, owning group project documentation, team status, and helping to facilitate weekly interdepartmental marketing status meetings - Developing and managing the overall communication calendar (incorporating print, social & digital media channels) including dashboard build for related marketing KPIs - Owning all billing management aspects related to the department budget and individual campaign budgets, status, tracking, and handling financial queries and billing support (accruals and forecasts), including developing and ongoing management of dashboards showcasing budget health - Acting as proxy for the Sr Director, attending meetings and taking notes on behalf of the Sr Director - Assisting in all marketing business planning activities, from plotting overall timelines, scheduling client interviews, project tracking in conjunction with vertical specialists, overall formatting and editing of information - Liaison with other internal stakeholders, most notably within the Product & Field Marketing team, but also with creative services, communications, web, licensing, studio, content and program managers, product management, PLAMM, PMM, sales, and other organizations as needed - Assessing current processes and recommending / implementing areas for optimization as needed A Successful Candidate Will Have: - Excellent attention to detail and be highly organized to work efficiently and effectively - Strong people skills and a track record of growing responsibility with ability to communicate well with different personality types - A strong, proven background in project management and budget management in highly matrixed organizations - Experience building tracking tools from the ground up, defining, and refining processes related to marketing, advertising development - Have excellent time management and communication skills, with identifiable examples of project management success interfacing across multiple internal teams to deliver results on deadline - Strong presentation skills with a comfort level presenting results to various internal stakeholders - Financial competency and basic understanding and proven skillsets related to budget tracking, accruals, and forecasts - A background in marketing, B2B or B2C with associated business acumen and understanding of appropriate KPIs Qualifications - 10+ years project management experience - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Project, PowerPoint, Word, Excel) required - Adobe CC Photoshop and inDesign knowledge preferred - Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Wrike) - Advertising agency experience - Casino Gaming experience Keys to Success - Building collaborative relationships - Decision making - Drive results - Foster innovation - Personal energy - Self-leadership #LI-CR1 IGT is committed to sustaining a workforce that reflects the diversity of the global customers and communities we serve, creating a fair and inclusive culture that enables all our employees to feel valued, respected and engaged.
