Your Opportunity Cross Enterprise Services is searching for a Lead to support the Business Management Office, who shares our passion for technology, collaboration, innovation and excellence. The person selected for this opportunity will oversee the coordination and administration of all aspects of the portfolio for the Trading Experience Technology domain. This person will be responsible for managing and developing financials and staffing plans, creating roadmaps and schedules, managing risks and communicating status, and collaborating across organizations to deliver a large portfolio. The ideal candidate will also leverage their prior experience working within the business management office of a large IT organization and work directly with the senior leadership teams on annual planning, critical administrativeorganizational tasks, operations of the team and special projects. The candidate will work collaboratively with all participants of software development to run the Trading Experience Technology domain ensuring operational efficiency. What you are good at Plan the delivery of the overall Trading Experience Technology operations activities Lead Product Increment planning. Be an advocate and leader to transform the Trading Experience technology delivery teams into more mature agile teams with a focus on effectiveness and automation while scaling Lead and coordinate new initiatives to support the strategic direction of the organization Manage an annual budget of 12MM (OPEX) and ensure that the domain portfolio operates within the approved budget Manage interdependencies across a high number of scrum teams Adapt style to work with a diverse set of stakeholder needs and expectations Work across diverse business and technical partners to broker decisions and negotiate trade-offs Distill complex information for business partners and tailor messages appropriate to the audience Communicate effectively at all levels particularly at the executive level Mediate and resolve conflicts, maintain a strategic focus when making decisions Demonstrate sound judgment regarding decisions and escalations with complete information Understanding of agile processes, team velocity and the ability to forecast progress accordingly Collaborate across Build, Support, Automation and architectural teams to help remove roadblocks and drive platform adoption Coordinate with external vendors and internal technical and legal teams to manage relationships and contractual agreements Develop an annual operating plan to support the organization and ensure delivery against the annual operating plan Documentation and communication of organizational activities and progress Ensure that portfolio activities operate within the policies and procedures of the organization Liaise with other program directors, managers, and stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient portfolio delivery Provide various forms of portfolio status to different levels of management Strong relationship building Identify and evaluate the risks associated with portfolio activities and take appropriate action to control the risks Inspire project team members to improve their own performance engage and motivate teams to go beyond their role expectations, to help each other, and to exceed goals What you have 9 years experience working within a large IT organization supporting and managing operating expenses, headcount projections and staffing plans, planning and owning the overall delivery of its operational and technical activity Bachelor's degree in computer science would be preferred Experience with Scaled Agile Framework, with strong examples of mentoring and implementation Proven ability to earn the trust of sponsors and key stakeholders through focused execution of business priorities (typically at a VP and SVP level) Ability to navigate and be successful in a highly matrixed organization Self-starter who can drive and execute against outcomes Sound business and technical acumen Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure Demonstrated and applied experience establishing and delivering complex projects Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to distill information to communicate the right message Excellent problem-solving and advanced critical-thinking skills Extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management tools and methodologies
