We need someone who can partner with the corporate merchandising team and find a way to bring their products to life online, a person who is passionate about customers, can think b2b and b2c at the same time, and knows how to perform thoughtful analytics to make data driven recommendations.GENERAL POSITION SUMMARYThe eCommerce Merchandising Manager will partner with the corporate merchandising team and work to bring the products to life online. This person is passionate about their customers and can think about b2b and b2c customers at the same time. The eCommerce Merchandising Manager will create and execute digital strategies to grow revenue by improving shopping experience and increasing AOV, UPT, and conversion rate for both our Pro and b2c segments.Duties and Responsibilities:* Build strong attachment, upsell and browse strategies for each category* Identify opportunities on the site for educational and promotional messages* Audit site taxonomy and analyze keyword/browse behavior to improve quality and relevance for search results, refinements, and navigation* Standardize, QA, and optimize product content and product images for eComm and SEO best practices* Update landing pages, category pages, and site home page as needed* Monitor pricing to ensure competitiveness and accuracy* Identify shopper segments and personalize site experience by customer type* Understand site performance down to a product level* Create budgets and forecasts by category; share weekly KPIs to all cross functional groups with category level wins and opportunities* Bridge between web development/product team and corporate buying/merch team to communicate requests, initiatives, multi-channel strategies, and recommendations* Work collaboratively to support eComm Operations Manager on promotion schedules, marketing projects, onmichannel initiatives and sitewide campaigns* Analyze user behavior and site performance metrics to identify areas of improvement* Review customer feedback and perform competitive analysis to determine industry standards/best-in-class approaches as inspiration of what we could do to better solve customer needs* Partner with merchandising team on line reviews and have true understanding of each product category in the marketplace - i.e. growth, maintain, decline* Perform keyword and BOS analysis to identify areas for expanded assortmentPOSITION QUALIFICATIONSRelated Experience, Qualifications and/or Certifications:* Minimum 5 years experience on large scale retail website* Minimum 3 years experience in merchandising or category management* Experience at an omni-channel retailer and/or b2b business model preferredSalesforce Commerce Cloud experience strongly preferred, especially SFRA, Business Manager, Page Designer, and Einstein Proven track record of delivering successful site growth and positive customer experiences Experience with Google Analytics, a/b testing tools, SEO Strong analytical skills and advanced Microsoft Excel abilities Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to prioritize, be proactive, work independently, delegate, and influence others Team player who can effectively and respectfully collaborate with internal and external partners Execution focused with an owner mentality.
