In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work on a Top 50 critical application at Humana. You will coordinate with an agile development team, ensure all activities use the principles of the Scrum Framework. You will be responsible to assign the work to the team and ensure on time delivery of the IT Projects. The work assignments will involve moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
The Senior Scrum Master leads teams through work actions that can be completed within timeboxed iterations called sprints and tracks progress through 15-minute stand-up meetings. Begins to influence department's strategy. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
