The Product Management Team at Stitch Fix is focused on driving client growth and engagement by defining and expanding into new business opportunities and creating delightful client experiences. About the Role We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial minded leader to join an exciting and fast-paced team. This role is a good fit for someone who is adept at navigating ambiguity and can connect the dots between different business opportunities and how they fit within the larger Stitch Fix ecosystem. In this role, you will focus on launching new initiatives and defining new business opportunities to enable Stitch Fix to grow exponentially. To succeed in this role, you must have a strong product management background, good product instincts, and an analytical mindset to deliver innovative and impactful solutions. Youre excited about this opportunity because you will Set the vision and strategy to grow and scale new business opportunities for Stitch Fix. Define long term roadmap, establish quarterly OKRs and priorities while focusing on revenue growth, client LTV and engagement Develop a deep understanding of the client through research, data analytics and experimentation for all lines of business; Enhance the culture of data driven decision making Rapidly iterate and evolve the product to meet the needs of a fast growing business, while creating extensible and scalable global solutions, and simultaneously looking for future user needs Build a shared understanding of your vision and gain cross functional alignment to partner and execute on your ideas effectively Define and analyze key success metrics for the business; Execute several A/B tests in close partnership with algorithm teams while developing a deep understanding of how personalization works at Stitch Fix Lead end to end product development for key initiatives on the roadmap Were excited about you because You have at least 8-10 years of product management experience in high growth technology organizations with at least 3-4 years of people management experience Have an MBA or Masters Degree Experience delivering innovative consumer software products and experiences in a high growth environment Are strategic and can develop long term vision and 12-18 month forward looking roadmaps for new business opportunities Have strong written and verbal communication skills with experience driving alignment across cross functional partners and senior leadership Are extremely data driven and have extensive experience with A/B testing and collaborating closely with data science partners Ability to partner closely with UX Design and Research Have a strong sense of ownership, can roll up your sleeves and drive end to end product development for innovative customer experiences High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
