Product ManagerJob OverviewThe Product Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the full feature development lifecycle at Drips. This includes managing and prioritizing incoming feature requests, and clearly documenting both the level of effort required for delivery with the return on investment of delivery. The Product Manager will clearly scope each new feature and understand the business problem or opportunity it solves, document an understanding of how the products can solve the problem, provide accompanying wireframes for the UI developer, and track to a timeline to ensure all features are deployed with appropriate documentation and training. The Product Manager is responsible for clearly understanding how our features solve real-world business problems and will be a product expert in our solutions. An ability to be both client-facing and technical while simultaneously obscuring unnecessary technical complexity to the clients while surfacing up caveats and dependencies in the technical development process is a must.Job Requirements Bachelors Degree in Communications, Design, or a related field or equivalent work experience 3-5 years in a Product-facing role at a start-up SaaS company Ability to clearly understand complex concepts and distill them into clear wireframes Experience using software to prioritize feature requests and transparently communicate status of all features in development to the larger organization Strong adherence to process-driven workflows, building baseline metrics to track overall feature development improvement A tenacious work ethic with a strong bent on organization, deadlines, transparency, and clearly reported metrics Project management experience moving features along in the development process, and tracking clear timelines and deliverables Experience working cross-functionally across all departments and levels of the organization Excellent visual, written and oral presentation and training skills Critical thought that acts to translate problems into actionable and discreet tasks for Product, Engineering, Operations and Marketing Fast-paced track record for task completion across multiple projects owned simultaneously Fastidious documentation practices Proven ability to design systems for tracking metrics & ability to implement solutions to improve outcomesPreferred Experience UI / UX Design Design & deployment of new roadmap or Product Management tools Developing and presenting short and long-term roadmaps to Leadership
