Job Description

The Agile Lead job oversees and leads in working with the product owner to align scheduling of activities to broader programme/epic/release requirements.This role will carry out some or all of the following activities:Facilitating the team to self-organise; enabling continuous improvement of change and run activities, aligned to the product roadmap and customer expectationsResponsible for the coaching and leadership responsibilities that enable Agile delivery; including facilitating team meetings such as retrospectives, reviews and planning eventsShield the team from interruptions during sprints to ensure that Agile process doesn't impede team progress Project management skills and experience of working in the Agile environmentExperience with SAFe and Agile ways of working. Knowledge of Tools like JIRA.Experience working in an agile environment using latest DevOps toolsStrong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering complex global technical projects on time and within budget.Stakeholder management experienceStrong analytical, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skillsHighly motivated and able to work independently, under pressure and proactively in a fast paced environment with multiple deadlinesPositive, proactive and can-do attitudeCoaching skillsScrum master/SAFE certification would be a plusExcellent Knowledge of SDLC/Agile methodology will be taken as advantage.Excel skillsWillingness to learnAble to adjust in rapidly changing environment and to prioritize your activities and set the right expectations with your internal and external stakeholdersEEO/AA/Minorities/Women/Disability/Veterans PDN-91ee733e-ff46-4ff8-ac2b-c61f2afbdc73
