Job DescriptionPosition: Technical Support/HelpDeskLocation: Albany 12237Duration: 3 MonthsJob Description:24 months experience supervising and providing technical support for level 2 help desk staff.24 months experience utilizing VMware vSphere to support virtual desktops including linked clones.24 months experience using LanSweeper, Remote Desktop and Active Directory, all three are required.24 months experience using ITSM service desks.24 months experience resolving hardware and software issues and troubleshooting Windows 7 applications and OS.24 months experience configuring and installing Windows based hardware, peripherals, network printers and thin clients.24 months experience in network monitoring, permissions and troubleshooting user accounts. 24 months experience with the installation and support of Microsoft Office suites in an enterprise environment.24 months experience managing equipment inventory24 months experience scripting in a Windows environment12 months experience troubleshooting Windows 10 OS and applications.
