Description: We are seeking a highly organized Program Manager to support our Inclusion & Diversity team. This person will be responsible for the coordination, tracking, and completion of mission critical programs on time, within budget, and within scope. The core program this person will manage are Health Check Ups, which we deliver to all eight members of on a monthly cadence. This person will also PM other key programs as they emerge, including programs for hiring, developing, and retaining employees from diverse backgrounds. We are looking for a strong team player with the ability to expertly juggle multiple initiatives at the same time with exceptional attention to detail, timelines, and an approachable and flexible attitude. What Youll Do: Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the business customer and all stakeholders Perform risk management to minimize project risks WHO YOU ARE A team player that is personally invested and passionate about work Highly organized and efficient with strong attention to detail Take ownership and pride in delivering consistent, quality work Eager to support others and collaborate, but can work independently A reliable partner to all internal and external stakeholders with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A true problem solver REQUIREMENTS Five years proven working experience in project management Exceptional organizational skills including meticulous attention to detail and multitasking skills Experience working cross-functionally on deadline, delivering solutions to unstructured business challenges in ambiguous and fast-paced environments Ability to self-manage to success without daily oversight Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understanding of Google Suite for Business, including Google Drive, Docs, and Spreadsheets Mac, Keynote, Microsoft Office suite proficient Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification and JIRA experience is a plus
