Job Description

Amyx is seeking to hire a Program Manager located in Reston, VA for the DASD P&R Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) Outreach and Digital Enterprise Services (MODES) contract.

Daily Tasks:

The duties of the Program Manager are to provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of the contract team. Responsibilities will include:

  • Accounting for Manpower Reporting
  • Review and Submit Invoices
  • Purchasing equipment, supplies and services for customer
  • Weekly, Monthly, Semi-Annual, Annual Reports
  • Preparing and updating the Program Management Plan
  • Review and Submit Trip Reports
  • Develop and oversee the Quality Management Plan
  • Transition-In/Out duties

Supported Technologies:

  • Deep experience using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Powerpoint, and Excel
  • Familiarity with Social Media engagement and site usage

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Business, Management, or other field related to work under this requirement
  • Favorably adjudicated National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) investigation
  • 10 + years of Management Experience
  • 10+ years of experience managing military community support programs
  • Current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master s degree in Business, Management, or other related field preferred
  • Secret Clearance preferred
  • Military Service or government service supporting personnel programs
  • Experience managing 75+ FTE projects
  • Experience with Outreach, Engagement, Social Media, Digital Strategies or Community and Public engagement
