We have a need for two Help Desk Technicians to help us grow and meet our clients' needs. * Do you have 2-3 years experience or 1 year experience for our entry-level position? * Can you diagnose basic software or hardware issues to resolve problems? * Can you set up equipment for employee use performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software? * Can you answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems? * Do you have a strong customer service orientation? * Do you want to join an IT department that is in major growth-mode?
