The Senior Project Manager work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.Job DescriptionThe Senior Project Manager designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan for completing the project; monitors progress and performance against the project plan; takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Identifies, develops, and gathers the resources to complete the project. Drive value creation in the organization by ensuring successful planning, management and deployment of projects ensuring benefit realization. Plan and facilitate alignment across business areas specific to vision, scope and approach, requirements, design, tool selection, build, and user acceptance testing highlighting areas of interdependencies across the organization. Coordinate and organize business and IT teams for successful execution of project goals. Consult and assist leaders on risks, issues, and dependencies for proper resolution at the project level.Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience. 5 years or more of Project Management experience.
