We are looking for an individual with a strong desire to produce extraordinary employee/customer experiences and design scalable and delightful solutions in the digital medium.Key ResponsibilitiesLead UI/UX for and direct the design of the new HR portal for desktop and mobilePartner with employee experience, human resources, centers of excellence, information technology, and a variety of cross-functional teamsPartner with internal IT and procurement to select vendor and implementation partner(s)Implement a dynamic and responsive service portal and end-user interfaces on new digital HR platform, ensuring alignment, partnership, ensuring a consistent design across the enterprise technology landscapeDesign and develop a digital brand framework, ongoing graphic displays, user interface elements, imagery; integrate/align HR and corporate brand guidelines, style guides, logos, and color palettesWork with customers to identify and formulate a solution, scope, and objectives to documented business requirementsCapture and anticipate business needs and requirements and translate to cost-effective, sustainable digital solutionsLead usability design sessions and iterative design cycles, leveraging the creation of a virtual usability labDesign, code, test, debug, and document the automated servicesBuild custom widgets as necessary to meet customer needsHelp refine the standard for service portal implementations, post-production support, and sustainmentCreate, share, communicate coding, design, and process standards.
