A key component of our transformation is a move from traditional methodologies to agile methodologies. Part of this change has led us to decentralizing our project management office into a collection of agile program management teams. In order to continue to provide a comprehensive view of our total portfolio of work and investments in information technology, the IS Office of the CIO has established this new position of IS Strategic Programs Advisor for Portfolio and Investment Management.The advisor will work with the APMO teams and other leaders across the organization to produce an enterprise-wide portfolio view of work that spans all entities and divisions. Additionally, the advisor will facilitate executive-level conversations on the investment of resources in Information Services, collaborate with other leaders and departments to align IS investments and programs with enterprise strategy, and guide the development of tools and processes to facilitate the management of the comprehensive enterprise portfolio across all teams.This is a unique opportunity for an self-driven individual with a strong background in traditional and agile program management, and the ability to collaborate across teams.*Basic Qualifications:*Education - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent or equivalentExperience - 10 years of experience typically gained through skills/knowledge/abilities in in the field*Preferred Qualifications:*Education - Master's Degree or equivalent or equivalentExperience - Portfolio and/or program management in a large corporate environment; Leading resources directly or indirectly in a cross-functional team environment; Working in an agile environment especially one using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe); Experience planning technology investments for a large enterpriseSpectrum Health grants equal employment opportunity to all qualified persons without regard to race, color, national origin, sex, disability, age, religion, genetic information, marital status, height, weight, sexual orientation, veteran status, or any other legally protected category.
