This person is responsible for working with the Account Managers associated with those customers and make sure content is up to date. They will act as a liaison to product management to collect, compile and process product data. The incumbent must be well organized and proficient with software in order to manipulate data, as well as, work closely with other members of the E-Commerce team.Duties and Responsibilities* Collect, compile and prepare data for import into E-Commerce platform, marketplaces and ERP system* The position requires project management skills, including thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into operational and data requirements* Enter new products for all customers in the E-Commerce group. Follow up that all products are active on-line and spot check that all information was loaded in the system and images are live* Compare new data to existing data (as applicable) to monitor for changes, check for discrepancies, and identify necessary updates to the database* Master the backend systems of customers to keep up with changes, new attributes and any other issues* Update all the products with new assets and videos as they become available.
