Our work opens up new universes to explore, enables amazing creativity and discovery and powers what were once science fiction inventions from artificial intelligence to autonomous cars.What you will be doing:* As the lead hardware security architect for NVIDIA's family of Server Products, you will participate in engineering projects and drive all aspects of security including identifying threats and vulnerabilities in hardware and server system architectures.* Work across engineering and manufacturing teams to define and execute security requirements from concept through production shipment of secure solutions for server systems* Lead hardware and software system security design reviews with an eye to identifying critical gaps that arise in complex system integration* Drive a security roadmap that makes the servers secure and maintainable for the users, administrators and operational teams.* Manage timely development, review, change and approval of the security requirements and specifications.* Develop, maintain, and propagate best practices for secure hardware architecture and design.* Keep up to date on security risks and develop solutions without impacting customer experience.* Work closely with customers and partners to understand use cases and identify security needs proactively* Work with Suppliers and procurement teams to ensure part selection meets our security needs.What we need to see:* 10+ years of experience working in server architecture and security* Deep understanding of hardware architecture and design of secure server systems including Secure Boot, Trusted Boot, TPM, Intel SGX, AMD SEV, ARM TrustZone, cryptography, storage, networking, and BMC/Server Administration peripherals.* Knowledgeable in threat modeling and other risk assessment skills including supply chain evaluation.* Hands on experience in solving security issues that span software and hardware* Excellent interpersonal skills with proven ability to lead cross functional teams* Deep understanding of the PKI security model* Solid understanding of key management techniques and standards like KMIP* Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related fields or equivalent experience. MS preferred.Ways to stand out from the crowd:* Excellent understanding of processor architectures such as x86, ARM, RISC-V* Familiarity with GPU compute and Mellanox networking.* Understanding of manufacturing operations processes.* Hands on experience with Secure Boot, Measured Boot, Data at Rest Encryption (DaRE), HW accelerated cryptography.* Experience with NIST/FIPS 140-2 compliance* PCI security DSS (data security standard)* Experience with datacenter and cloud security and operations* Love of technology and passionate about what you doOur technology has no boundaries!
