Job Function We are seeking an individual to be responsible for authoring, editing, and proofreading technical documents related to the SAP implementation project. Works directly with SAP business process owners to help draft and finalize the technical documents, such as user instructions, standard operating procedures, testing scripts, validation protocols, and other required documents. Coordinates and tracks document flows during user acceptance testing, test script and validation protocol execution. Delivers documents on constrained deadlines. Job Duties bull Work directly with business process owners to gather technical information for documents to be prepared. bull Write clear, concise, and consistent technical documents, compiled from various sources into a uniform style and language. bull Draft, edit, proofread, and finalize documents. bull Develop and edit workflow diagrams based on processes defined in documents. bull Collate and verify information provided by users. bull Produce indexes and catalogues to ensure documents are organized. bull Utilize a variety of media forms include images, charts, and technical data to improve documentation. bull Assist with technical publishing by submitting documents into a document management system and helping to drive the review and approval of documents by team members. bull Assist with testing written material with initiators and rewriting or clarifying documents as necessary. bull Coordinate documents in workflows and track status during user execution of test scripts and protocols. bull Analyze current content and make improvements as necessary. ExperienceEducation bull Bachelor's degree in technology or similar field of study. Industry experience considered in lieu of degree bull 3 years of experience as a Technical Author Writer. bull Strong understanding and experience in writing technical instructions, testing scripts, and validation protocols is strongly preferred. bull Experience in SAP or software documentation is strongly preferred. bull Experience working in a biopharma, medical devices, or related regulated industry is a plus bull Comprehensive technical writing and communication skills that convey key messages and actions in a concise and user-friendly style. bull Strong stakeholder management and confidence working with key stakeholders from both technical and operational backgrounds. bull Solid time-management, organization, and prioritization skills. bull A talent for critical thinking. bull Proficient with Office applications MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Adobe Acrobat. bull Excellence in written English required. bull Good oral and written communication skills Why Kelly Registered ?
