Our diverse and collaborative teams are constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible.Ready to join us?About this opportunitySr Global Product Manager, Teenager Products, under Ortho Channel will be responsible for growing Invisalign's Class II business with Orthodontists. The candidate will generate core clinical and business insights on targeted customer segments, and develop and execute strategies that address key customer barriers ultimately driving customer utilization with a heavy emphasis on penetrating and growing the Class II market. He/she will ensure proper tracking and analysis of business results to gauge progress in achieving business objectives. The candidate must serve as voice of customer and sales partner in guiding product roadmap activities to supporting the management of agency efforts pertaining to customer-facing campaigns.In this role, you will * Be responsible for the definition and execution of the global Class II strategy and product management life-cycle, from new product development through to commercialization and in-market management* Develop a deep product expertise to understand the strategic and tactical requirements associated with the requirements* Create a clear 3-year vision for the segment and define the R&D, clinical, marketing and sales requirements associated with it, including establishing clear strategy for the segment* Define associated messaging, value proposition, pricing, promotion and overall elements of the marketing mix to effectively deliver continued growth in the segment* Define the partnerships and collaboration needs to support strategy, exercising judgement required to foster informal team within a matrix structure* Together with the regions, align and push the strategy, challenge local execution, coordinate commercialization* Support the launch of new products and services in all the regions with integrated commercialization plan* Gain deep understanding of the portfolio at play within the segment and define appropriate strategy and tactics to accelerate growth and minimize any threats* Uses data and customer interactions to develop a deep understanding of customer needs-and effectively educates the broader organization about these needs* Analyzes reports and other data sources that gauge the health and growth of the business, and future business trends. Works with finance to manage the annual and quarterly forecasts.* Manages a range of projects and programs that support our strategic and tactical efforts, including market research studies, development of customer-facing commercial assets (brochures, clinical whitepapers, customer testimonials, educational videos), and creation of new reports to analyze progress in building the business* Help develop annual plan with quarterly tactics executed and measured.* Ensures the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned to the groupIn this role, you'll need * Strong leadership; demonstrates initiative, takes action, and drives for results* Demonstrated ability to identify customer needs and create product and commercial solutions to meet those needs* Strong analytical skills* Ability to make sound strategic decisions, incorporating data from multiple sources and business judgment* Ability to work cross functionally with individuals at all levels in an organization and understand their needs/motivations* Ability to effectively manage complex cross-functional projects* Self-starter who needs minimal supervision and able to effectively manage through ambiguity* Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills* Strong project management* Leadership ability to influence others, without authority, to drive change* Responsible for management of outside vendors and contractors for specific initiatives.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE* Demonstrated experience in driving growth to achieve business objectives* 6 years of marketing or equivalent experience* Experience in dental or medical device marketing required* BS or BA or equivalent experience; MBA strongly preferred* Must be willing to travel up to 25%* The position is located in San Jose, CASound like a good fit?Great!
