A program manager with Adobe AEM experience, managing an Adobe CMS program, a migration or implementation or similar.

Our Dallas team works with many of the largest healthcare, automotive, retail, financial services and manufacturing companies in the North Texas region. The Program Manager (PM) owns the delivery and stakeholder relationship for our clients programs. We are looking for a strong leader and communicator to maintain responsibility for delivery, project financials, and client and team needs. You will also be the main point of contact to address any client concerns. In this role, you will collaborate with Perficient s delivery director, business developer, project managers, team leads and colleagues. You will also work with the following people at our client: stakeholders, client managers, and client team members. Your goal is to ensure that Perficient engagements and client relationships are strong, enduring, and consistently positive and improving.

We are looking for a program manager to

  • Take the initiative to drive the engagement by being resourceful, working independently, taking action when necessary, and constantly looking for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively by inviting questions, encouraging interaction, investing in understanding people, openly sharing ideas and knowledge, and staying focused on what is important.
  • Manage multiple priorities, bringing structure and process where it lacks, and keeping objectives front and center.

  • Work with the sales team to identify new stakeholders.
  • Support sales and marketing during account planning and proposal process.
  • Ensure contracts meet Perficient and client requirements.
  • Set up new engagements, including resourcing, internal and external workforce tools, and manage internal/client communication.
  • Manage team roles and responsibilities.
  • Source, onboard, and assign new team members.
  • Maintain and govern communication plans, workforce tool and processes, standard operating processes, escalation, and delivery roadmap.
  • Manage projects and programs on time and on budget by managing both internal consultants and clients.
  • Foster positive stakeholder relationships as primary point of contact for delivery.
  • Identify and manage client/team issues as proactively and as they occur.
  • Coordinate and hold team-building activities.
  • Be accountable and hold project managers accountable for finances, delivery, and team management including timelines, status reports, timesheet approvals, and tasking tools.
  • Ensure the engagements is carried out correctly.
  • Create a positive experience for client stakeholders.
  • Manage and approve invoices and billing.


  • 5+ years experience leading the delivery of enterprise-level technology consulting projects.
  • Experience with Adobe AEM experience, managing an Adobe CMS program, a migration or implementation or similar.

  • Experience managing technical projects for Business-to-Consumer (B2C) consisting of 10 or more people and a multi-million dollar budget.
  • Must have experience with content management systems or website design and development projects.
  • Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is ideal.
  • Experience managing and delivering engagements for a Fortune 1000 company or companies.
  • Specific knowledge and application of project management such as communication, financing, cost allocations, capital & operating expense handling, program portfolio management, and employee resourcing.
  • Experience managing engagements using both waterfall and agile/lean methodologies.
  • Led teams and engagements utilizing scrum methodologies or similar agile framework with ability to coach teams on agile value and principles.
  • Effective written, verbal, and visual communicator in both formal and informal settings.
  • Capable of developing personal relationships with client managers and vice presidents that creates trust; Ability to talk openly and use those relationships to drive business outcomes.
  • Experience presenting to C-level executives (CIO, CEO, CTO, CISO, etc.) as well as to marketing and technical subject matter experts.
  • Capable of working with, influencing, and building good relationships with various personality types to capture dissenting opinions, drive consensus, and help craft plans to achieve desired results.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Strong skills in data analysis/manipulation.
  • High-level knowledge of organizational, business, and technical environments in enterprise IT and/or marketing.

  • Scrum/Agile Methodology
