Job Description

Responsibilities:Assists in the installation, implementation, and upgrades of internal systems.May maintain a tracking system for usage evaluation.Maintains an inventory of all equipment, hardware, software and supplies. Troubleshoots, maintains, and monitors, external and internal hard drives, printers, plotters and scanners.Monitor/Assign and respond to tickets submittedAssist and train users on a new hardware or software useWork with software vendors to diagnose and resolve issuesRequirements:1-5 years experience.Strong Understanding of Microsoft Windows Operating systemsStrong documentation and communication skillsProven track record as a team player in a fast-paced environmentClient Care Experience
