TEAM & POSITION OVERVIEW: The Client Engagement Team (CET) is the analytic and consultative backbone of Analytic Partners. We believe that the most successful way to service our clients is to employ a business model where the people who are partnering with the client are the same as the people who prepare, analyze, and deliver insightful, data-driven results and guide clients to use our technology solutions to make optimal decisions. Therefore, this high-touch service requires a passion for analytics, balanced with strong communication, a consultative approach, and the ability to deliver a software plus services solution, all to enable our clients to grow their ROI This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work closely with one of our largest clients. This individual will serve as our data management liaison and engineer to maintain a data warehouse with ongoing data feeds and ingestion that supports our analytic programs for client organization. The individual will work to 'technify' the process, leverage and/or build replicable processes and automated procedures / scripts to build automation where possible. The role involves interfacing directly with our internal project team stakeholders, the client data partners, the client's agencies and other vendors to coordinate the collection and ingestion of the data with the appropriate taxonomy to ensure it is analysis-ready. YOU WILL OWN & COLLABORATE ON: Lead the data management and organization processes for a large engagement, with end-to-end responsibilities of the process Create, manage and evolve automated processes for data ingestion into our systems for analysis Centrally manage internal data warehousing procedures and produce regular data validation reporting for internal project teams Build and maintain collaborative stakeholder relationships with 3 rd party data providers, internal and client contacts Own and coordinate regular internal and external quality checks of both data and key deliverables and make recommendations for improvement Strategize, make recommendations for improvement and execute improvements to internal and on-site data collection and processing procedures QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NEED: Bachelor's degree or above (ideal areas of study/related study include: Business Analytics and Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics) SQL Server proficiency, and database management experience SQL and/or other programming experience Ability to work with 'big data' and complex datasets Superb written and verbal communication skills Prior project management experience Ability to drive project timelines to completion with a cross-functional team Ability to exercise independent judgment Ability to develop professional relationships Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance Ability to work independently as a member of various teams and committees Ability to multi-task and work under pressure You must be eligible to work in the United States on an unlimited basis to be considered for this job.
