You will drive and create documentation methodology and framework. You will use these methodologies to generate consistency and efficiency while bringing a standard process for all communications. Responsibilities: Plan, develop, organize, write and edit operational procedures and manuals. Work with Product Development and Solutions Marketing to provide user feedback, define value points, and develop user scenarios for content generation. Collaborate with learning teams and professionals across the organization to create member facing materials for Vizient supply, operation and clinical programs. Build and maintain end user documentation ensuring it is intuitive, complete, and accurate. Ensure content can be repurposed for use in other areas. Synthesize relevant product/solution data from internal and external sources. Determine the most logical way to present information and instructions for greatest user comprehension. Qualifications: Relevant degree preferred. Communications or related technical discipline Master's Degree preferred. 5 or more years of relevant technical writing experience required. Excellent grammar, written and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of current standards for technical writing, content technology, and end user experience desired. Health care experience is a plus.
