Provide product and sales support to grow contributory database(s) and the use of associated services in the lender and insurance carrier verticals. Daily responsibilities include receiving and making telephone calls regarding services to screen prospects, follow up on outstanding contracts and track various sales initiatives. Collaborate and build relationships with colleagues and clients, thrive in an environment of high-performance customer service and enjoy building/improving processes that yield greater customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is extremely dependable, organized, detail oriented, has exceptional communication and time management skills, and always focuses on providing excellent customer service.


  • Document all communication in Salesforce with targets, prospects, and customers by creating sales call reports, cases and/or sales opportunities
  • Schedule and perform customer demos, coordinate RFP responses, manage open sales opportunities
  • Facilitate and support communication with internal and external customers using Phone, Email, WebEx, Skype, Teams, etc

Attend meetings to collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and ultimately resolve issues. Use ticket tracking tools to effectively communicate with respective teams.

  • Assist with creation of marketing collateral and various sales campaigns
  • Assist with quality assurance testing, POCs, etc for various products

Work closely with the Product, Sales and Operations staff to migrate new customers from the sales process through implementation to the operations team

Creation, maintenance and regular distribution of useful measurement reports that will have high visibility at the leadership and executive level

Analyze complex processes and workflows to identify and implement improvements to increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, scrap, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction

  • Complete all special projects and other duties as assigned



  • Four-year college degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Finance, Business Administration or related discipline
  • 5 + years' experience in customer support, sales or operations providing technical or analytical services in both B2B and B2C environments a plus.
  • Experience within the P&C insurance or financial services industry.
  • Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills; ability to distill complex concepts into language that is understandable and compelling to business decision makers.
  • Driven, self-motivated and self-directed; comfortable working in teams and independently to complete projects.
  • Must be highly organized and able to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines and changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
