Director of Cyber Programs Responsible for $50-100M organization composed of multiple small and medium sized programs supporting Civilian Agencies within the Federal government. Portfolio focused on cybersecurity programs including defensive, offensive and SOC capabilities. Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities Directs the overall operations and growth of organization, leading program management team and supporting corporate reporting needs. * Ensure strong program performance, meeting/succeeding revenue and profit targets with positive customer satisfaction CPARs scores and above industry employee retention standards. Represent Jacobs as first level of escalation with customers. * Achieve growth objectives through coordination with business development organization. Direct oversight of RFI and RFP responses, subcontract opportunities and on contract growth. Collaborate with client executives and capture managers on top opportunities to increase competitive positioning and with proposal managers for compelling / winning proposal submissions. Establish and maintain strategic relationship with small and large business teaming partners. * Support corporate initiatives including Culture of Caring, Employee Networks, and Social Justice initiatives. Minimum Education/Experience Requirements: BS/BA degree from an accredited college or university and fifteen (15) years related experience, or MS degree and thirteen (13) years related experience, or Ph.D. and nine (9) years of related experience. Technical degree preferred, especially in cybersecurity, computer science, IT or engineering. Program manager for contract with $10M annual revenue, demonstrated ability to deliver profitability, strong customer satisfaction and on contract growth. Business development expertise including RFI responses, capture management and proposal submission in lead or supporting role. Requires demonstrated leadership skills as evidenced by prior supervisory experience. Must be able to effectively communicate with others. Desired Requirements ( nice to have but not required ): Portfolio manager for contracts with combined annual revenue of $30M . Requires sitting at a computer terminal for long periods of time (90%). There is a possibility that due to parking availability and location of work area walking moderate to long distances can sometimes be required. Work Environment Inside office/cubicle environment. Requires ability to interact professionally with co-workers and all levels of management (100%). Equipment and Machines Requires ability to operate a personal computer, a telephone, copier, and other general office equipment (100%). Ability to conduct evaluation of third and fourth generation or current state of the art computer hardware and software and its ability to support specific requirements, interfacing with other equipment and systems. Attendance Attendance is critical. Work hours are normally 8 hours per day and 5 days per week, Monday through Friday. Being prompt is important to provide continuous and on-going service to customers. Attendance is important to maintain continuity of service. Work outside of normal duty hours may be required with as little as one hour advance notice. Overtime is infrequent, but important when required (1%). Other Essential Functions Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must be able to interface with individuals at all levels of the organization.
