Reporting to Propeller's Senior Director of Finance, this position will work with internal stakeholders as well as service providers for the purpose of ensuring all of Propeller's technology assets are tracked, maintained and performing to their highest potential. This includes adjusting or recommending enhancements to systems and processes to solve problems or improve effectiveness.At Propeller, you will:Administer licensing and provisioning of company applicationsEnsure software licenses are being used, review licensing agreements on an annual basis, and explore enterprise license optionsIdentify, track and review emerging software licensing needs and make recommendations for new investmentsEnsure vendors are performing to contract and meeting established SLAsMonitor the overall IT vendor costs to ensure they remain in budgetTroubleshoot IT issues when contracted help desk vendor is unable to assistManage full life-cycle of hardware inventoryEnsure Propeller compliance with relevant regulatory and client cybersecurity requirementsMaintain a backlog of emerging IT needs and recommend new investments to address these needsYou have (required qualifications):At least 2 years of experience including IT customer service and asset/ licensing managementStrong aptitude for troubleshooting hardware, software and networking issuesAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, create high quality deliverables, and present ideas clearly and effectivelyProven vendor management skillsCareful attention to detail and multi-tasking capabilitiesA customer-service mentalityA strong bias toward action, natural curiosity, and an eagerness to go above and beyondYou may also have (preferred qualifications):Familiarity with software development life-cycle and/or system integrationsFamiliarity with release management practicesExperience driving ongoing process improvement and change managementBachelors Degree in relevant fieldCompensation:We believe in fairly and equally compensating our employees for their time and experience. We do that by offering a competitive salary, bonus eligibility, an employee stock ownership program and many other benefits. The expected salary + bonus range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000. Specific ranges will be discussed in the later stages of a candidates interview process.Hiring Timeline:Interviews for this position will occur on a rolling basis and the position will remain open until filled.Location:This position is temporarily remote but is expected to be in-person once Propeller employees return to the office in accordance with local health guidance.
