Find your future with us.Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support ASC2 programs in Oklahoma City.Position Responsibilities:* Researches, analyzes, and compiles technical data for company products and system-level concepts in the projected operational environments to optimize effectiveness over the program lifecycle.* Applies systems engineering processes, methodologies and tools to the design of system of systems, systems and new product development.* Derives and develops architectures, functional requirements, refinements and product designs.* Performs technical planning and control; maintains and improves processes and software tools.* Manages system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems that are compatible with the defined system architecture* Assists with the development of sections of systems engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirements specifications* Assists with the development of system requirements, functional requirements, and allocation of the same to individual hardware, software, facility, and personnel components* Coordinates the resolution of action items from Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetings, design reviews, program reviews, and test reviews that require cross-discipline coordination* Uses an enthusiastic, hands-on approach to work* Manages system requirements and derived requirements to ensure the delivery of production systems that are compatible with the defined system architecture* Resolves cross-functional technical issuesBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):* 5+ years' experience with information assurance, data analytics, or computer technology* 5+ years working on US AWACS platforms* Working knowledge of DOD Risk Management Framework controls* Requires a Bachelor's Degree in a field of Science, engineering or technology* Current (or active within the past 24 months and eligible for reinstatement) Secret U.S. Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship.* Ability to travel 10-20% of the timePreferred Qualifications:* Working knowledge of Doors* Earn Value Management (EVM)Typical Education & Experience:* Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:* This position is located in a location that does not offer relocation.
