Powering all the HCE offerings is the underlying platform -- Honeywell Forge which provides an open and extensible foundation to unify operations and leverage the innovative capabilities consistently across the customer business units.Candidate has overall delivery responsibility of making the assigned channel business successful from end to end which includes and not limited to:o Receiving, extracting Sales forecasto Ensure that factory has appliances to meet the demand and they get shipped on timeo Ensure quick onboarding of the customer and deliver the solutions on timeo Ensure post onboarding activities such as insights, savings, etc are reported at the agreed upon frequencySetup a robust MOS with the global channel leaders and sales counterpartStay on top of the backlog for delivery and remove friction points for a smooth customer onboardingEstablish SLAs with channel team on delivery, develop metrics, scorecard and weekly reporting to the leadership teamResponsible to ensure release readiness of new products/solutions to the assigned channel and the overall success from the delivery sideEnsure that capacity, resource planning of overall backend teams to meet sales demand for the channel.Ensure adoption of the products/solutions by the channelResponsible to ensure churn is minimized and grow ongoing SaaS ARRHold internal teams and channel accountable for deliveryDevelop processes & tools for customer implementation lifecycle and identify all defects and provide feedback to product marketing & Dev team.Maintain project plans, administer workflow, provide support and ensure compliance to timeframe and collaborate with stakeholders for all implementation processes.Support BDM, channel SA and CSM team and train customers on new products and/or processes.Gather VOC and provide feedback to Product Management team.Work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Support, ISC and finance.Attend customer meetings established by Customer Success ManagerPost Deployment:Support channel customer issues.Manage SLA for Deployment of customer projects, expansions, etc.YOU MUST HAVE+ Bachelors degree+ 5 to 10 years industry experience in Program management, Building Automation domain or managing channel delivery for a SaaS business model+ 3+ years experience working in a matrixed environmentWE VALUE+ MBA+ Excellent Communication skills to manage information sharing across functional teams+ Program management skills to make the channels successful+ Ability to work and influence in a highly matrix environment and ensure success and delivery standards are met or exceeded+ Ability to make data driven decisions and move with speed+ Organization skills to manage direct and matrix resources and deploymentsHoneywell is an equal opportunity employer.
