Though Counterpart's projects are diverse, they share a common objective: supporting people in defining their own destinies.Counterpart International is looking for Technical Support Consultants that have areas expertise in the following areas: Civil Society strengthening assessmentsDemand-driven healthEconomic growth in historically agricultural-based industriesEducationPolitical transitionsWomen's economic empowermentPreventing electoral violenceDisinformation / alternative messaging campaigns and media useUse of ICT tools for development solutionsBachelors degree in public administration, public policy, or relevant social sciences field, Masters degree preferred.At least five (5) years of experience working with Civil Society Strengthening Assessments, Demand-Driven Health, Economic Growth in Historically Agriculture-Based Industries, Education, Political Transitions, Women's Economic Empowerment, Preventing Electoral Violence, Disinformation/Alternative Messaging Campaigns and Media Use, Use of ICT Tools for development solutions and related fields.Minimum three (3) years of experience working on monitoring and evaluation (M), that includes demonstrated experience incorporating robust indicators and M plans that incorporate process, output, and outcome indicators.Experience managing large sub-grants components;Demonstrated skills in effectively maintaining good relations with and/or collaborating with local government structures, senior government officials, civil society actors.Professional experience in implementing donor-funded projects with preference for USAID-funded projects.Excellent organizational, analytical, oral and written communications skills.Speaking and writing fluency in English.Street: 2345 Crystal Drive Job Type: Headquarters Telecommute: Yes
