Product ManagerResponsibilities Establish partnerships across the Wholesale organization and the enterprise to define, develop, manage, and drive execution of the product roadmap based on business and customer needs. Write product requirements documents, ensuring clear communication of those requirements to the business, design, and development teams. Participate in technical design and architecture with cross functional teams - network architects and engineers, IT architects and engineers, and various back office teams for successful development and implementation of the requirements. Responsible for defining product features, documenting product requirements and collaborating with technology teams to drive product feature implementation. Responsible for determining technical impacts, problem solving and proposing solutions. Provide support to partners and internal operational teams to resolve partner issues related to billing, network connectivity and network performance. Support the Sales and Business Development team, present platform capabilities and discuss IoT/MVNO solutions with the prospective partners. Qualifications Experience as a Product Manager in software/hardware and telecommunication network technologies with a focus on technical product management and/or product development. Strong understanding of data services and products. Experience with wireless network products/services. Experience with creating product requirements and driving solution design and architecture. Experience with enterprise wholesale billing platforms. IoT device experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey business and technical concepts to subject matter experts and non-technical professionals. Ability to influence, lead and coach cross functional teams and champion new concepts and ideas. Experience and education requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related. 3+ years of relevant work experience.
