Develops and implements strategies and collaborates with project personal todevelop project standards, and performance metrics. Lead all aspects of implementation initiatives, software updates, and the roll-out of new software releases.-Works with Supervisors and Managers to ensure all projects carry out to timelines, specifications, and budgets. Develops and implements performance metrics.-Reviews and reports on project progress to leadership team.-Prepares and handles budget(s) and financial targets.-Demonstrate partnership with product owners, management and deliver to support the product.-Continuously researches new techniques with respect to coding technology and coding practices. Works with the Engineering team to implement new techniques that benefit the goals of the organization.-Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.-Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as vital.-Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
