The Senior Learning Quality Assurance Professional uses instructional design, user experience, and adult learning theory to review and provide feedback on eLearning and other learning materials. The Senior Learning Quality Assurance Professional work assignments involve moderately complex issues where the analysis of materials or quality trends requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.Job Description:The Senior Learning Quality Assurance Professional reviews learning materials to ensure they meet department standards for quality and functionality.Collaborates with Designers and Developers to establish and maintain department standards centered on graphic design, layout, user experience, and instructional design.Acts as a consultant for introducing quality standards and supporting others to meet those standards.Effectively communicates results of quality reviews in a manner that facilitates growth and improvement.Designs and documents quality expectations and review process.Document and maintain records of quality review results, including root cause and corrective actions.Identify trends and training needs to take action to ensure department-wide compliance.Actively keeps abreast of developments in instructional design, user experience, and learning theory.Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction.
