Job Description

Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the World Program Manager Provides management oversight for the program ensuring fully compliant physical security operations and account delivery across the portfolio of sites. Responsibilities include: Maintains confidentiality, and prevention of disclosure of classified information. Evaluates service quality and initiates any necessary corrective action in a timely manner. Develops, facilitates and delivers Quarterly Business Reviews. Analyzes operational and financial indicators to continuously improve performance. Develops and administers the budget and provides forecasts and spend analysis. Meets regularly with Amazon leadership representatives for programmatic reviews. Regularly travels to the portfolio of sites to assess to assess performance and service delivery, provide training where needed, help resolve issues, etc. Assists the Site Security Manager in their duties and functions as their backup. Assists in the recruitment, selection, orientation, training, development and retention of security staff. Maintains training records and other logs as required. Ensures all personnel are competent and trained in the security systems, equipment, tools, and processes, appropriate to their position. Continually prepares for internal and third-party audits, announced or unannounced, ensuring adherence with approved security controls and procedures and can demonstrate such adherence. Consistently maintains the documentation and follows standardized procedures in preparation for unannounced audits. Ensures all personnel are competent in the security systems, equipment, tools, and processes, appropriate to their position. Works normal business hours and on-call for incidents/escalations. Minimum Requirements Bachelors Degree in Facility Management, Security Management, or Business Administration from an accredited institution or combined experience. 8 years of relevant work experience Must possess a current TS/SCI clearance with polygraph Experience with development, maintenance, and reporting of Service Level Agreement metrics Experience with contract negotiations, modifications, and other related contractual requirements. Demonstrated successful performance managing a mission critical 24/7 operation Ability to work in a fast-pace environment that requires handling multiple tasks at a given time and rapidly adapting to changing priorities and schedules PAE is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
