Responsibilities The N2W Deployment Program Manager shall provide management support to the N2W Deployment Assistant Program Manager (APM) on overarching strategies, plans and resourcing recommendations to time-phased schedules for the N2W Enterprise Deployment. The Program Manager will provide acquisition, program and project management support for NGA's Deployment team. The N2W Deployment Program Manager shall assist the Government program managers in the efficient execution, administration, and control of the NCW Enterprise Deployment. Engage with customers and support government personnel to monitor cost, schedule, and technical performance for NCW Deployment requirements and supporting projects. Provide technical support in developing contractual documents, acquisition plans, strategies and market research to deploy NCW to the new N2W building. Duties include Provide technical guidance, and acquisition support to the N2W Enterprise Deployment team. Consults with N2W stakeholders to define needsproblemsrisks and conducts or supervises studies and leads surveys to collect and analyze data to provide advice and recommend Enterprise Deployment solutions. These services shall incorporate efficiencies in applying the appropriate skill set to task(s) as well as ensuring that quality reporting of technical work is delivered to the Government in a timely manner. The Deployment Program Manager provides acquisition support and technical expertise on programmatic matters related to the successful Deployment and industry best program management practices. The Deployment Program Manager will assist in the development of Acquisition documents to include Statement of Work, Acquisition Strategy, Acquisition Plan, Source Selection Criteria development, Market Research strategy briefings for the Acquisition Working Group (ACQWG), and the NGA Acquisition Review Board (NARB) and other needed procurement documentation. The Deployment Program Manager develops Deployment team plans and documents (e.g. briefing charts for stakeholder TEMs) to ensure alignment, synchronization, and sequencing with customer needs and expectations. The Deployment Program Manager will assist in development of Enterprise Deployment action plans to address knownemerging issues Coordinate with customer and government entities for concurrence. Develop, support, coordinate, and deliver responses to high priority deployment tasking. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field such as engineering, physics, mathematics, operations research, engineering management, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree program. 10 years of demonstrated experience in direct program management support to a DoD acquisition or DoD integration program office. Resume must articulate dates and duties performed with specific position responsibilities. 6 years of demonstrated experience supporting DoD Acquisitions and developing Acquisition, Source Selection and Market Research documents on at least 2 large and a complex DoD programs with similar complexity to the NCW Enterprise Deployment effort. Resume must articulate dates and duties performed with specific position responsibilities. PMP or DAWIA PM Level III certification Desired M.S.
