Deliver successful program outcomes, and manage multiple implementation projects:

• Manage and lead an internal team to successfully deliver ICI platform implementations.
• Provide leadership to internal teams to collect information from customer about their business processes and analyze the information in the context of ICI.
• Clarify design expectations, develop functional requirements, build project templates, and understand workflow needs in order to design, configure, and successfully deliver the ICI platform across multiple business units and in some cases across Geos.
• Actively lead conversations with customer regarding use cases, ICI capabilities, processes, including best practices and solicit user feedback and suggestions.
• Understand integration challenges typical of data-exchange between ERP applications, be comfortable discussing technical options and custom solutions with customer and internal Solutions Engineering teams.
• Work collaboratively with an offshore team of product subject matter experts, engineers, project managers and functional consultants.
• Build and foster internal consulting capability within the implementation team across different domains and industries.
• Play a lead role in engagement planning, economics, and billing and participate in proposal development efforts.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships at all levels.
• Interest in growing to a Team Lead/Manager as the company grows.
• Travel Involved - 30 to 50%.

• 10+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in related discipline.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of SDLC, project management, implementation methodologies and their application.
• Experience in managing at least 3 full life cycle enterprise application implementations with end to end responsibility for program management preferably in CPQ/CLM domain for products such as Apttus, Zycus, Exari, Ariba.
• Experience defining systems strategy, developing process flow diagrams, and systems requirements, designing, and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions.
• Direct client engagement experience (preferably CXO level) over multiple end-to-end implementations.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with client counterparts.
• Preferred - previous leadership experience.
