Job Description

Seeking a Systems Support Administrator to support operations and upgrade of an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) Operations Center. Must have military systems experience, a current SEC + certificate and an active TS/SCI security clearance.Primary responsibilities are to maintain the (POC) in an operational ready state and assist operations teams with solutions to real time issues, both computer and communications and assist customer to: define, document, and integrate required computer, communications and intelligence capabilities to enhance UAV and POC missions.Systems monitored include: NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, internal/external voice communications system(s), VoIP, NSTS phone system, Video Teleconferencing Center, and video dissemination.Military C4ISR (Command, Control, Computers, Communication, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance) systems experienceExperience with Windows 10 and Server 2012 (or newer) administrationMicrosoft Internet Information Server (IIS) and Domain Name System (DNS) in a mixed Window/Unix environmentFamiliarly with UNIX or LINUX as a userHardware maintenance and installationExperience with basic email and office administration software i.e. Microsoft Office set-up and maintenance. (This is not an exhaustive list as there may be other software required)One or more of the following systems: SAN Storage, Server Blade, SQL, SharePoint, C2ISR video data, network performance softwareActive US Top Secret/SCIMust possess DoDD 8570 IAT II level certificationMinimum of a High School Degree with at least 4 years of direct relevant work experienceMust hold one of the following certifications within employment: VMware Certified (VCA), Cisco CCNA, or a qualifying Microsoft certification. Qualifying Microsoft certifications are: Windows Desktop MDAA Windows 10, MCSA Server 2008, or MCSA SQL Server 2012 (higher/newer versions of these certifications are acceptable).Preferred but NOT Required Education and Experience (education that is not necessary but will make a candidate more qualified for the position)US Air Force (or other military) experience in a computer - related discipline is highly desired.Operational experience with UAVs.Familiarity with DOD cryptographic equipment.Prior military or civilian DOD experience with Air Operations is highly desiredBachelors Degree in Computer Science, IT, or EngineeringMAG Aerospace (MAG) is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer and is committed to Diversity and Inclusion.
