Job Description Assists with correspondence, scheduling, conference preparation, document production, and overall communication in the program office. Enables organizational workflow by working closely with the Product Manager to receive, assign, track, and ensure execution of all tasks. Focal point for Command, Staff, and other meeting coordination. Coordinates and reviews briefing packages, sets up and runs meetings. Manages PD Operations Calendar Configuration Manger for PD SharePoint Coordinates and conducts new employee orientation and onboarding activities of new employees and prepares and collects paperwork and equipment for exiting employees Creates, collects, maintains organizational documentation to include OCONUS Travel and Weekly Activity Reports (WAR) Assists PdD in creation and execution of internal processes and projects Assists in coordination of PD internal and external events Qualifications: Associates or BS preferred in Business or Administration 5 years of relevant experience supporting a DoD Product Office 2 years experience as SharePoint Configuration Management Must be proficient in MS Office Suite Active DoD SECRET clearance Job Type: Full-time ABBTECH is an EOE/Minorities/Women/Disabled Individuals/Veterans
