Information Technology Coordinator Dallas, Texas Local Candidates OnlyExamSoft Worldwide is seeking a motivated and professional IT Coordinatorto run IT processes for our Dallas office and remote employees. The IT Manager will report to the VP of Technology.The IT Manager is responsible for configuring, building, troubleshooting and supporting company equipment in our office and with remote employees. The IT Manager will be the primary resource for malfunctioning equipment in addition to achieving strategic objectives around IT.ExamSoft offers a market-leading assessment-management solution that supports the entire testing process, including exam creation, administration, delivery, scoring, and analysis. The software delivers powerful, actionable data to assess learning outcomes. ExamSoft is a growing company that hires smart and talented people who are excited about personal growth, the positive impact they have on education, and enjoy working in a challenging and fun work environment.Responsibilities:Assume ownership for the performance and security of company equipment (Laptops, Printers, VoIP Phones, Media Displays, etc) and escalate issues as necessaryAssume ownership of office network and WiFiEffectively prioritize and resolve user issues in support of the IT HelpdeskBuild proactive systems and strategies to optimize the performance and response time on all IT related items,Maintain company communication channels: email services, distribution lists, instant messaging channels/roomsDocument the company's existing systems architecture and SaaS products; perform maintenance/troubleshooting; make recommendations for improvements and/or alternativesTackle strategic IT projects and reliably accomplish objectives to drive progress in the companyCoordinate employee account provisioning/de-provisioning requestsManage software subscriptions and licensingManage the Cybersecurity awareness programTechnology Experience: Windows 7+ Mac OS 10+ WAN/LAN Networking Ubiquity / Cisco or equivalent network experience preferred Windows AD user, group & GPO-based administration MS Office 365 Atlassian Jira, Confluence, etc Antivirus/Antimalware threat management experience (i.e. TrendMicro, Cylance, etc..) OKTA or equivalent SSO experienceQualifications: Bachelors degree or higher in relevant field preferred2+ years working within an IT department supporting 50+ employees preferredStrong experience with both Windows 7+ and Mac OS 10+Strong experience working with WAN/LAN/Wireless NetworkingExperience working with VOIP Phone SystemsStrong familiarity with MS Office 365Strong communication skills- both written and oralStrong time management skillsStrong self-starter and management track recordAbility to research, find and/or develop solutions to undocumented problems
