Job Description

Castle Enterprises' subsidiary, Zero Friction Marketing,is looking for an individual who specializes in eCommerce, using analytical executive strategy to drive revenue. This person should be an innovative creative thinker for a dynamic changing eCommerce business. You will manage products on multiple platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon and Walmart and be responsible for optimizing the findability of products, services and content on our websites. In addition, developing SEO campaigns and improving related KPIs.If you are a proactive, self-driven individual who can work both independently and as part of a team apply now!Responsibilities:Working with the product manager and marketing team and closely with the design, customer service, and logistics team.Developing and managing eCommerce digital content and promotions for multiple platforms marketplace and social media (including FB, Twitter, Pinterest, and Instagram).Online product listing management and optimization requires solid analytical skills.Regularly monitoring, collecting information and generating reports for marketing department planning and improvement purposes.Skilled in SEO and Amazon advertising (Sponsored Products, Headline Ads) for creating campaigns following a budget.Manage usability testing and Consumer UI research and share findings, while also recommending improvements or solutions with cross functional teamsExperience with driving traffic to Amazon, Walmart, Shopify websiteHelp create media plans and coordinate communications activitiesPosition Qualifications:Marketing, business, advertising, communications, journalism or related areas is preferred; undergraduate degree or equivalent experienceTwo-Four years of administrative marketing, eCommerce (preferred).Ability to build partnerships and effectively establish and maintain relationships internally and externallyProactive approach to and enthusiasm for identifying opportunities and recommending solutionsAnalytical minded with attention to detail balancing strategy with operational requirementsFlexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and dynamic environmentOrganized with business-centric product strategy and customer focusStrong time management skills, and ability to work with limited supervision.Experience managing and prioritizing work effectively to ensure internal deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWhat We Offer:401(K) profit sharingMajor medical - BCBSDentalVisionVoluntary Benefits (Accident, Critical Illness, Disability, and more)Life Insurance, Property & Casualty InsurancePT0/VacationCareer advancementWe are a drug free, EEO, and Affirmative Action EmployerJob Type: Full-timeTo learn more about us visit:
