Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions leverage Deloittes IAM Methods 2.0 methodology to help clients controlwhich employees, customers, partners and suppliers access sensitive corporateresources, and streamline the process of managing the explosion in digitalidentities.Work youll doAs Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions team Specialist Master, you willBe the Project Manager overseeing teams for the day-to-dayactivities of Identity & Access Management client engagements thatidentify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions forlarge companies. Responsibilities include, among others, managing teams in theidentification & delivery of business requirements, functional design,process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, testing,training, defining support proceduresPrepare and present oral and written reports and presentationsDevelop and maintain Cyber client relationships, ensure clientsatisfaction, expand existing Cyber engagementsLead aspects of the proposal development process and RFP responses,pricing strategies, engagement letters and Statements of WorkPerform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidanceinto the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment andretention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams andstaff in local officesDemonstrate advanced understanding of business processes,internal control risk management, IT controls and related standardsIdentify and evaluate complex business and technology risks,internal controls which mitigate risks, and related opportunities for internalcontrol improvementResponsible to install, integrate and deploy IAM products inclient environments.Communicate to clients and partners aspects of both the productand the implementation at the technical and functional level appropriate forthe situation.Identify opportunities to improve engagement profitability.The TeamDeloitte Advisory's Cyber Risk team helps complex organizations moreconfidently pursue their growth, innovation and performance agendas throughproactive management of the associated cyber risks. Learn more about Deloitte Advisorys Cyber Risk Services practice.QualificationsRequired:BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security,Information Security, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, Business,or relevant fields.5 plus years of experience with:Identity & Access Governance including Rolebased access control, access request and certificationManaging projects through the full systemdevelopment lifecycleDeveloping, implementing or architectinginformation systems.Technical architecture experience integratingidentity management, access management and access governance software intoclients' infrastructure and applications.Installation, integration and deployment ofSailpoint, CyberArk, ForgeRock, BeyondTrust, and/or Okta, in clientenvironment.4 plus years of work experience with the followingprogramming languages: Java, JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL. 3 plus years of experience leading and managingteams.Identity Management familiarity in one or more ofthe following areas:o Single Sign OnoIdentity FederationoEnterpriseDirectory Architecture and Design including directory schema, namespace and replication topology experienceoResource Provisioningo Single Sign OnTravel up to 80% (While 80% of travelis a requirement of the role, due to COVID-19, non-essential travel has beensuspended until further notice.)
