The ideal candidate has experience in Information Technology and Telecom, though this is not a requirement. Top notch project management skills, detail orientation and communicative capabilities are essential. This position will be responsible for all phases of saving projects associated with new client engagements including discovery, strategy, negotiations, and implementation. In addition, full responsibility of the ongoing management of savings programs for the existing client base; including value add strategy, renegotiations, and savings validation.What You Will Do: Manage project timelines/milestones and strategies utilizing enterprise systemsDevelop and follow defined Practice Group and Company processes and proceduresDemonstrate creative thinking and ability to resolve complex and sensitive client issuesMaintain productive relationships with vendor executivesPresent savings and new project opportunities to clientsSupervise, motivate and develop staff; including goal development, conducting annual reviews and monthly 1-2-1's and ensure employee compliance to company policies and proceduresHave expert knowledgeable in industry news, trends, and product information and is responsible for obtaining, maintaining, and disseminating a high level of industry knowledge to internal key stakeholdersAssist Director in the management of the practice group P statementCoordinate the development of initiatives that drive process efficienciesProvide creditability to sales process including developing the value propositions, attending strategic sales calls, and conducting ongoing sales trainingPrepares documentation that portrays estimated savings opportunities available to prospectsCreation of strategies to aid in client retention and renewalsQualificationsWhat You Need:Experience with analysis of data through MS ExcelBA/BS Degree with 5-10 years industry specific experience (either consulting or IT related).
